New Sitia Airport
Currently most flights serving east Crete arrive at Heraklion, the capital. This is 1.4 hours drive through spectacular sea and mountain scenery. There are dozens of Crete flights per day for much of the year, charter and schedule.
The new Sitia international airport, just 35 minutes drive away from our developments, is under construction and, as all experienced investors know, will give significant price uplift.

It will make places of interest like famous Vai beach, ancient Minoan sites including Kato Zakros, Palekastro and Gournia, and natural beauty spots like Perivolakia Gorge and deserted "Robinson Crusoe" islands Koufonisi and Chrisi, more accessible.
